Meet Sarah
"Listen with curiosity, design with intention, and drive better outcomes."
Sarah is a leader in healthcare system transformation. She is passionate about driving meaningful and lasting impact across the organizations and communities she works with. Sarah brings nearly 15 years of experience building a career leading and driving strategy across the private sector and not-for-profit space. She advises organizations on complex system transformation, change management, and organizational and governance design.
Sarah's path has given her a deep understanding of the healthcare system and insights into how and where it should improve. At Greenspace Health, she served as Director of Customer Success, acting as a key trusted advisor to executives, clients, and partners. There, she championed measurement-based care, bringing outcomes and data to the forefront of mental health and giving patients, providers, and health systems greater visibility into progress and outcomes. No matter the challenge, Sarah develops strategies, builds teams, and manages resources that turn vision into action.
Sarah holds an MBA from McMaster University and brings expertise in the areas of operations, growth and innovation, R&D, resource allocation, marketing, and business development. She is driven by a deep passion for equitable and accessible healthcare, shaped in part by her own personal experience and though founding The Alopecia Project, a patient advocacy podcast and community. Whether working with her team, partners and clients, or the broader community, Sarah is energized by empowering others — helping them find clarity, confidence, and momentum in the face of change.
