Meet Christina
“Shaping strategies that are co-designed, people-informed, and built to deliver real impact.”
Christina is a Senior Consultant with over a decade of experience advancing interdisciplinary initiatives across Ontario’s health, education, and community sectors. With a background in applied research, evaluation, and system transformation, she is deeply committed to helping organizations make care more connected, intentional, and responsive to the people they serve.
She holds a Master’s of Health Evaluation from the University of Waterloo, is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), and holds the Credentialed Evaluator (CE) designation from the Canadian Evaluation Society.
Christina’s work focuses on translating evidence into action through collaborative planning and engagement. She bridges data, strategy, and lived experience – whether supporting integrated care initiatives, advancing mental health priorities across the lifespan, or helping organizations build capacity through evaluation and education. She believes the most effective solutions are not only evidence-informed, but co-created with the people most impacted by them.
Her approach is grounded, reflective, and driven by the belief that when care systems are co-designed by those they affect most, they can do more than improve outcomes – they can foster trust, dignity, and connection.
