Meet Yinka

"Co-creating meaningful change, experiences and future."

Yinka Macaulay is a professional who is passionate about advancing system change, better outcomes and promoting health and wellbeing for all.

Yinka partners with organizations and communities to advance transformational and organizational change. Through deep listening, partnership and engagement, she leads and supports initiatives to improve the design, delivery, and navigation of systems and services. Through her experience with system planning, strategy, and community engagement, she demonstrates a strength in translating information into insights and co-creating solutions with collective impact. Yinka is committed to applying an equity lens and works to advance initiatives that drive better outcomes, value and interventions that are human-centred.

Yinka’s experience spans from working within international, national, and local organizations and networks. She has worked with the International Foundation for Integrated Care (IFIC) Canada, the University of Toronto, and the former The Change Foundation and Toronto Central Local Health Integration Network (LHIN). She has advanced portfolios in the areas of Health System Planning, Integration, Primary Care, Design & Innovation and Employee Experience.

Yinka also values volunteerism and working in and with communities. She has served on the Board of Directors of Access Alliance Multicultural Health and Community Services.  

Yinka holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Waterloo and postgraduate certificates in Regulatory Affairs, Community Engagement, Leadership, and Development.
